On second thoughts, it seems there is a comma after the first outline, which may indicate that the writer was addressing someone and perhaps it's their name which appears at the end of tne sentence, as the outline is similar.
Need to look at again. I think, like a lot of us, she developed her own outlines for various things.

I still use mine too. I still take minutes of meetings, messages, etc. using my shorthand. It's so useful.

In my experience, no other technology can even come close in comparison with Pitman shorthand for accuracy, speed and clarity. Again from my own experience, transcribing notes into the computer after meetings gives me a much needed opportunity to re-enforce the concepts and ideas from the meetings.
In my opinion, any young person NOT learning Pitman shorthand for college or university note-taking today is cheating themselves. Note-taking accurately with speed is a requisite skill in any profession.
The very very kind ladies and gentlemen who keep Pitman shorthand alive and thriving are passing on a tremendous skill that will help all in their note taking.
Thank you for your very kind work. Please NEVER give up.
That being said, I can not seem to locate the copy I once had of the Pitman Shorthand Dictionary (Hardcover red in color), I used to have. Can anyone point me in a direction where I can buy one ?
Hi Pyx
With regard to your dictionary, have a look on ebay regularly type in Pitmans Shorthand in the search bar for all categories and the list will come up of what is for sale. They reguarly have old shorthand text books, dictionaries and texts on there for sale, there is a wide range of stuff, so the chances are that you will find what you are looking for. I have purchased many shorthand books there that I wanted.
Hope that helps
